Rich Miller, Burns & McDonnell

As Vice President, Information Technology, Rich Miller brought more than 30 years of diverse leadership experience to Burns & McDonnell. In this role, Mr. Miller was accountable for the firm’s information technology strategy and operations. During his tenure, the company more that doubled in size. The IT team scaled to deliver outstanding services by leveraging cloud services, without growing the number of professionals on the internal IT team. Before joining Burns & McDonnell, Rich Miller was Senior Vice President for Information Technology & Talent Strategies at B. E. Smith, a leader in healthcare executive search, interim leadership and management consulting. In this role, Mr. Miller’s responsibilities included information technology, interim executive placement and talent marketing, sourcing, and recruiting.
